So, my basement flooded on New Years' Day (you had one job, 2017 - to be better than 2016 - and you f'd it up). One of the things that was damaged was my large portfolio of saved artwork from over the past 13 years. It included pieces by me, pieces for me, commissioned work from other artists, and art from people that I've lost touch with. I was able to salvage a few pieces, but overall ... it's gone. I'm saddened.

Well, not really.  I'm not back because I never really went anywhere.  It's just been a very long time since I uploaded any art, but I have been busy.  Mostly with stuff for others - as in all the post- and pre-mortem paw prints for the Zoo as well as friends - but a few things for myself. I also finished my veterinary residency at Penn State Hershey and have now started a new job in New Jersey!  It's been a whirlwind of a time trying to get settled but so far my husband Travaillis (https://www.deviantart.com/travaillis) and I are adjusting well.  We've also found a great dog park for Bumi to run around not far from us, so that's certainly a plus! I hope to be a little more

Based on the popularity of my original "stained glass" piece, I have been working on some new pieces dealing with the Elemental Wolves, each featuring a different wolf.  Stay tuned for Dawn Treader, the wolf of the East and wind!
